The most important for me to know is how to effectively manage Adult ADHD as an Occupational Therapist.

The webinar was practical, relatable, and filled with useful strategies that I can apply both in my OT work and in my own daily life. I found the examples especially helpful in making the content real and easy to understand. There honestly wasn’t anything I dislikedI expected solid, OT-focused guidance on Adult ADHD, and the session exceeded my expectations.
