Momentum June: Stress, Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

Course Overview

This is a recording of the live session.

FCE Think Tank focuses on medico-legal, insurance, and vocational rehabilitation settings. Each session features expert presenters sharing the latest insights on requested topics. Designed as an interactive online meeting, this webinar encourages group discussion, critical analysis, and practical clinical application.
Building on last year’s Burnout Think Tank, this course equips OTs working in vocational rehabilitation, insurance, medico-legal and FCE contexts with evidence-based cognitive tools to strengthen ethical, effective and sustainable practice. Grounded in neuroplasticity and growth-mindset principles, it explores how thinking patterns shape clinical reasoning, decision-making, resilience and professional confidence in high-pressure environments. Start the year with practical strategies that support better outcomes for your clients, smarter business practice, and intentional self-care—without compromising professional standards.
