This session is presented by:

WAYNE FORRESTER

Wayne completed a BProc at the University of Witwatersrand in 1995 and a LL.B at Wits in 1997. In addition, he has a Diploma in Corporate Law. Wayne is a Director at Savage Jooste & Adams Incorporated, a law firm that is over 100 years old. He has been a director of that firm for over 20 years.  He is the head of the firm’s Liabilities Department. Wayne specialises in liability and insurance related matters ranging from medical malpractice to aviation accidents and professional indemnity matters.

In addition to normal insurance-related matters, he has over the past 20 years acted in various high- profile cases.

Over the past 15 years, Wayne has been involved in various international liability matters in Europe and America.  In addition to this he is dealing in numerous claims in neighbouring Southern African territories such as Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

ROB HAYES

Rob Hayes is a director of the Third-Party department at Savage, Jooste and Adams Attorneys. He completed a BCom Law at University of Pretoria in 1989 and an LL.B  at University of Pretoria in 1991. Rob served his articles of clerkship at Savage Jooste & Adams and was admitted as an attorney in 1994. He was appointed as an associate in 1996 and a director in 1998. Rob is an expert in Personal Injury Litigation and Correspondent Work.

 

JOHN MULLINS

John obtained his BProc degree through Unisa in 1979 and was admitted as an attorney in February 1980. He practised as an attorney until 1989, obtaining his LLB degree (Unisa) in 1981. He joined the Pretoria Bar in 1990.
