Adv. Maud Letzler [LLB (UNISA)]

 Ms Maud Letzler is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Legal Practice Council.  She has been practising as an insurance, medical and health law referral advocate since 2007. Ms Letzler has a special interest in medical defence, bioethical mediation and arbitration in clinical negligence cases. She has been an experienced medical and health law trainer for 15 years.

Practical guidance for writing joint minutes

This is a new field to me that I do not have a lot of experience in, so I found all the information very valuable. It was very helpful for me to get a bigger picture of the medico-legal process and where the joint minutes fit in.

Future reference

I think that it is very valuable to have been part of a meeting with an expert with a vast amount of experience and giving clear relevant advice that is usefull in handling reports or minutes in future as well. Thank you for your clear understanding .
