Summary of the article

Ethical tensions can arise in practice in the face of diverse agendas of stakeholders. This leads to moral distress for OTs and can amplify professional burnout and attrition.  This article explores common tensions and makes suggestions as to how OTs can meet various demands and maintain ethical integrity.
