Coffee Club - Cognition in FCEs

Course Overview

This is a pre-recorded online/video course which is available immediately. This course has been accredited for 5 CEUs and consists of:
  1. A 2 hour online presentation on Cognition in Functional Capacity Evaluations
  2. A 1 hour Recorded Zoom question and answer session (recorded on 29 May 2020) in which Narishca presents a case study exploring her cognition assessment choices and findings and answers questions relating to cognitive assessments.
  3. 15 multiple choice questions about the course to ensure the course has been watched and the content understood, in accordance with HPCSA requirements for points allocation.
  4. On completion of the questionnaire, you will be able to print your CEU certificate for 3 CEU points.
  5. Your registration fee also gives you access to an associated online journal article activity which has been accredited for 2 CEUs. Once you have read the article and completed the quiz, you will be able to print your CEU certificate for a further 2 CEUs.

About the Presenter


The OT Link is excited to welcome Narischa Doorasamy Thandrand to present Coffee Club.

Narischa holds a BSc(OT), BSc (Med Sc), Adv Diploma (Voc Rehab), and is Workwell certified. She has extensive clinical experience in the public and private health care settings focusing on paediatric and adult psychiatric rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and functional capacity evaluations. She is currently studying towards an MSc (OT) by dissertation.
