The first part of this session will be the presentation covering:

Tips on: communicating, conflict resolution, constructive criticism, balance of power, thriving in your role

 

The second part will be focused on YOUR questions and arising discussion.

This is a LIVE session which will run on Wednesday 19 April 2023, from 19.30pm – 20.30pm.

After the session, you will be granted access to the course evaluation on this page. Kindly fill in the course evaluation so that we can monitor the quality of this CPD activity. This is an HPCSA requirement.

Once you have completed the evaluation and marked all tasks complete, you will be able to access your CEU certificate on your My Courses Profile. The OT Link will also submit a copy of the attendance register to the HPCSA.

A must for first-time comm serves

This course provided a useful platform to discuss interpersonal conflicts as they arise in the workspace. It is very useful as a first-time worker and newly graduated OT as is debunks some of the myths and expectations when entering the labour market as it is quite a challenging transition after university.
