Thanks to this article I found new activities and practices to add in my interventions. One of my favourite things I learnt from this article is from the PATHS program where they taught children early in the program the action of "Doing Turtle". Will definitely use this in my practices

I generally struggle with academic language so I was expecting this to be extremely difficult, but it was easy to follow, and having the questions for preview were very helpful as well.
